Grant Funds

The APPLE Center’s initial seed funding is provided by a $40,000 two year grant from the Private Industry Council of Butte County.  Why Butte County?  Well, PIC started in Butte county, and is located there, but they actually fund projects in 11 Northern California Counties, including ours, Nevada County.

Our PIC Grant pays for overhead expenses and our facility rent through July 2011.
